TOEC Scope of Work:

 - Inside and outside scaffolding erection.

- Cleaning works using manual and powered cleaning tools.

- Cutting out and replacing defective parts.

- Testing and replacing safety systems as required.

- Painting internal and external surfaces of tanks, production vessels, air receivers etc.

- Replacing walkways, roof vents, breather valves, relief valves, including cutting to size where required and inserting new gaskets and bolts.

- Removing all temporary installations.

- Hydro-testing of tanks, production vessels, air receivers and all related piping work.

- Repairing/ renewing foundation pads, concrete bases, etc. as required including sand/ bitumen mix works, concrete works and ditches’ cleaning.

- Trenches’ excavation and backfilling.

- Cutting out and replacing defective cable trays and conduit pipes.

- Removing and replacing overhead electric cables and wooden poles.

- Cutting out and replacing defective heat tracing cables.

- Insulating and metal jacketing on production equipment, pipes, etc. as required.

- Structural steel of tanks, production vessels, air receivers etc. such as ladders, handrails, gantries, etc.

- Internal and external piping works.

- Valves related to tanks, production vessels, air receivers, etc.

- Instruments, instrument tubing and fittings, instrument stands, etc. related to tanks, production vessels, air receivers etc.

- Electrical fittings, cables, lighting fixtures, transformers etc. related to tanks, production vessels, air receivers etc.

- Civil work including the concrete pads and all works related to tanks, production vessels, air receivers, pipe manifolds and flow-lines.

- Electric cables and lines and related wooden poles.

- Cable trays and conduit pipes related to electric cables.

- Main manifolds and flow-lines for crude or gas oil.

- Pipelines for water, fuel oil, chemicals, etc.
